My Story

I’ve coached executives, founders, and transformation leaders, launched products and led teams of over 100 people at Amazon and Google, consulted for some of the worlds largest corporations, and helped some of the fastest growing scaleups build their management systems — all with undiagnosed ADHD.

I’ve tried every productivity hack — bullet journals, Notion, whiteboards, planners. They’d work for a while, then stop. For years I thought it was me: ‘Why can’t I just stick with something?’

But after getting my diagnosis at 47 years old, I started my own ADHD journey and trained as an executive coach at Henley Business School.

Here’s what I discovered: Change isn’t failure — it’s the mother of all ADHD hacks.

Our attention is interest-based, not importance-based.

If we want to direct our attention on something, we need to make it interesting. A productivity system that never changes isn't going to keep our attention for long. And if the work we're using this system to do isn't interesting to us, no productivity system will help.

So when our productivity system is no longer helping us do the work we are trying to do, we need to change something to make it interesting to us again. Not necessarily the whole system, nor the whole work - but something. This way, we can make the system work with our brain instead of against it.

My journey has involved discovering much more about myself, testing solutions to see what works for me, building systems that work with my brain, and growing more rapidly than at any other time in my life.

How We Will Work Together

ADHD coaching isn’t about forcing you into my system or some system from a book. It’s about experimenting, finding what works for your brain, and building the habits and structures that help you thrive.

We'll work through four phases:

Discover

In our first sessions, we’ll map how ADHD shows up in your life — the strengths you lean on, the friction points that hold you back, and the energy drains that risk burnout. You’ll come away with a clearer picture of your personal “operating system.”

Test

Over the next stretch, we’ll co-design practical strategies tailored to how your brain works. Think of these as lightweight experiments: simple systems you can try right away to manage focus, prioritisation, and energy. Each week, we’ll review what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and keep momentum building

Build

Here we put your experiments into action. You’ll take the strategies we’ve designed and run them in real life, with weekly support to keep you on track. Each cycle builds consistency and confidence, so you’re not just trying new tools — you’re executing with clarity and momentum.

Grow

Once execution feels natural, we focus on scaling your success. You’ll consolidate what works into a rhythm you can sustain independently, and learn how to adapt as new challenges come up.
